QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST

-Inspect orders prior to shipping.
-Ensure product or service has met and/or exceeds customer expectations.
-Coordinate the processing of purchase orders, verify inventory, track billing and delivery.
-Act as liaison between customers and internal departments.
-Assist with establishing written procedures.
-Experience with Microsoft Navision a plus.
-1+ years of customer service experience.
-Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer service.
-Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
-Experience with Microsoft Office
