o Work efficiently and accurately to diagnose and fix service issues relating to the Fireplace and Garage Door business.
o Work with customers to provide them peace of mind and satisfaction regarding their product and our company.
o Answer or call back customers who have technical questions.
o Call customers to provide troubleshooting tips over the phone before we go out for service.
o Provide accurate written documentation regarding what product was used on each service ticket, and what additional products need to be ordered.
